A $207 non refundable rental deposit and signed contract is required to hold your date and is applied to your rental fee.
Thursday Evening from 7-8:30 pm:
Drop off food and drinks in the refrigerator, set up your tables and chairs, and start decorating. *This is allowed at no additional charge.*
We will communicate night-before availability to you the week of your event, or sooner if possible.
If additional hours are needed, and our schedule allows, the fee is $80/hour.
For packages where YOU clean:
The remaining rental balance plus a $175 *refundable* cleaning/damage deposit is due no later than 2 weeks before your event. The cleaning/damage deposit is returned within 48 hours after your event, as long as the venue is clean as per the cleaning checklist provided to you, and there are no damages to the interior or exterior of the venue. Please understand we do require all items on the cleaning list to be completed and no damages for a full refund if you choose to clean.
For packages where WE clean:
There will be a $175 *refundable* damage deposit for events that a package is picked for us to clean. This will be returned within 48 hours after your event after we have inspected the space and confirmed that there are no damages to the interior or exterior of the venue.

We are located at 3607 Pottsville Pike in Muhlenberg township, next to the Reading Outer train Station on Route 61. We just completed renovations October 2022. Max capacity is 48. Our venue is NOT a big hall, it is an intimate, beautiful space that has been perfect for many smaller events and we hope will be perfect for yours as well!
Our venue is not the right fit for you if you are looking to have a wild party or an event with more than the moderate drinking allowed through our mobile bartending service.
Decorating packages are available for an additional fee or you can decorate yourself, or bring your own decorator. We can provide decorating quotes upon booking.
Upon request, we offer mobile bartending services, for an additional fee, if you wish to have alcohol at the event. Alcohol is only permitted through the bartending service. We can provide you with contact information to our mobile bartending services upon booking.
We can refer you to a caterer or you may use your own caterer or bring your own food.
* * PLEASE NOTE * * The total rental hours includes your set up/decorating, event, and clean up time. Please keep that in mind when you pick your package to be sure you allow yourself the time you will need. When our schedule allows, you can add hours at a rate of $80/hour, however, our venue cannot be open past 11pm. This is a township requirement. Also, we require that all guests /DJ’s/vendors are departed 1 hour prior to the end of your rental to allow you the last 1 hour to clean. Doors will be locked for this final hour. You may keep up to 7 people to help you clean. No more than yourself and 7 people helping you can be in the building for the final 1 hour.
